Dear all, I will be starting a new reading group on the Body and Theory, beginning this summer term. This reading group aims to explore different kinds of theoretical texts related to the body, written by authors such as Elizabeth Grosz, Judtih Butler, Julia Kristeva, Donna Haraway, and others (of course, open to suggestions and changes). Our first meeting will be on: 15th of May, 2014 at 16:00-17:00 in County Main Seminar Room 6 For the first meeting, we will discuss some extracts from Elizabeth Groszs Volatile Body: Toward A Corporeal Feminism (1994).
