In your opinion, what is the most overrated gym exercise? Explain your choice. For me, I think push ups are one of them. Why? They are often used by people wanting to build muscle on their chest and arms but it has a very quick ceiling of potential because anyone who gains strength in the gym will find themselves doing dozens of them which largely defeats the objective they were looking for. So, in short, they are just too easy for people to achieve any significant form of training significant stimulus. It would be like lying on the bench press and doing sets of 50 reps. What do you think is the most overrated exercise?
