Dear all my beloved brothers and sisters, We, Pannasastra Student Senate (PASS) would like to appreciate Mr. Pin Keany, Head of Cultural Program Committee (CPC), Ms. Preoung Omrith, Head of Information Committee (IC), and Mr. Meas Magn, Head of Program Development Committee (PDC) who are our outstanding volunteer members in PASS office. Even though they came from different provinces different family, but they had the same positive perspectives for our community and our nation. As the leader, the were very dedicate and compassionate individual who were mainly responsible for operating management, such as setting up group meetings, social activities, research, education training, and any other activities, which related to community services, youth development programs, and social works. Moreover, they were the good personality; patient, hopeful, and a team player, who could also take charge and work on an assigned task independently. On behalf of Pannasastra Student Senate (PASS), I would like to give my pretty thanks and my appreciation to them for everything you did for PASS. You are the best leader for us, without all of you we cannot move and reach in this area now. This I believe you will be succeed in your goal, happiness in your life. Good luck brother.
