Dear all players, Good day. We found that since the game released, many players who have problems on their account then they reported to us but they cannot get the response from CS in time, which may cause loss to their game experience. First of all, we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience it may cause due to the delay/non-reply. We really want to help every player to solve his/her problem in game. Therefore, we are here to tell you that you can submit your problem by the following ways: 1. The Facebook PM(private message). This is the fastest way you may get a reply about your problem. 2. The official forum. You can post your problem on the forum, which all players can see it and maybe help you. And we will reply you there soon. 3. The In-game help. You can submit your issue in game for help. But since there is no screenshot uploading function of the in-game help, sometimes it may delay the time of solving problem. 4. The CS e-mail(gw@gamebox). You can send e-mail about suggestion/report certain player or any other thing to us via this way. Hope this post will help you figure out the problem sooner in the future.
