Certfication of Annual Return by PCs: applicable on Listed Company (as already there) and companies having PUC of 10 crore or turnover of 50 Crore 3. Proposed increased limit for appointment of CS 4. removal of pre-cerification from most of the forms if all the above three proposals are not protested the future of whole CS fraternity including the members and future members will be at large risk.
