Dear all, unfortunately the potential investor has advised that it’s a no as the time lines are simple too tight. They did say that the possibility still exists for parents and teachers to collaborate and raise the necessary funds to purchase the school. However, this is likely to require the vast majority and would take some time to set-up the legal entity, finance plans, contracts, infrastructure etc. In my opinion it is all too late. A real shame as after walking around several schools today, despite how nice they were, they were missing that special feeling of GHS.
