Dear brethren, I pray that we may never take the subject of sin lightly. It was for our sins that Jesus willingly laid down His Life (Rom 3:25). There is a reason that Jesus tells us to enter in the strait gate (Matt. 7:13). The broad way allows one to bring in a broad range of ideas (remember it is just a little leaven that leavens the whole lump). We must stay focused on Jesus Christ and Him Crucified. Again, for what was He crucified? For our sins.
