Dear candidates, we are urgently require Service Desk Analyst in Dubai with one of the reputed IT company. Please find the below details: Note: The duration of the contract will be for one year and can be further extended. We are looking for people for a 1 year fixed term contract sponsored by Client. Skills required: • Provide 1st level of help desk support for the The company IT user community. • Provision basic IT services. • Register and route calls received from end user community to the relevant support team. • Provide remote support to users with clarifications on IT matters or resolve queries and problems. • Coordinate with IT support teams to resolve issues in line with agreed service levels. • Assisting in the remote support of workstations, printers, IT equipment and systems and client software. • Handling problems through to resolution. • Resolving complaints and similar issues and acts to resolve customer support problems in a timely manner. • Interacting with other support groups to resolve problems, formulate plans and schedules and modify processes. • Apply effective support remedial and problem resolution measures to deal with problems. • Willing to work flexible hours. Qualification: • At minimum of 2 years of call center or service desk experience in a related IT industry. • Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science/ Information Technology and /or related certification e.g. MCSE, CCNA, ITIL. would be considered advantageous. • Excellent command over the English and Arabic language. • In-depth knowledge of Desktop, hardware and software trouble shooting • Strong background on client computing technologies covering the area of Desktops/Laptops/Point of Sales (POS) and mobile computing. • Excellent knowledge of Windows operating system architecture and security • Good technical knowledge of MS Office products • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in business applications such as SAP, Retail Pro, CarPro ,Syncron, Cargowise , WebSphere, and databases such as MS-SQL and Oracle. • Have high inter-personal Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Confident, adaptability, innovative thinking, Customer satisfaction focused, Attention to Detail, Ability to learn new technologies. • Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks in an unsupervised environment • Ability to multi-task. • Strong understanding of the OSI model and ability to apply it in daily work Shikha@spectrumtalentmanagement #Az
