Dear friends, As many of you already know, my journey in NM is approaching its dénouement. At this point in time, Sarah and I have concluded that moving to Washington D.C. is the next step forward in our professional careers and though we are eager to start this new chapter in our lives we are also nostalgic to leave our friends and families back in a place where the two of us, foreign born proud Americans, learned to call home. I’d like to express my gratitude to all of you who made of our lives a beautiful place to live and for the many years of support, kindness, and companionship here in NM. We hope to catch up with all of you in the next few weeks as we also look forward to hosting you in D.C. As to our friends on the east coast, we are very excited to being closer to you and getting to know better the local Brazilian and Jewish communities out there. Beijinho no ombro e Shabbat Shallom!
