Dear friends, Aspirants Student /Co-workers of Tanda/Village Panchayat ALL INDIA BANJARA DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES • Today, we have crossed the 65 year after the independence but banjara is in undermining position since the reason behind to this due to lack of resources and improvement in the society. Now, one can realize who is banjara and how they have evolved in the society .Certain question and irrational thinking may occur as a common citizen of India. Since from the pre-independence several leaders has delivered in India but nobody has given focus and made the larger interest for the development of our society.It is due to lack of knowledge of our community we could not take initiative for the welfare of the society. As we are very much familiar that the systems are not allowing to rebuild our structure and there is limitation for certain greater extent that our people has not absolute majority and fighting spirit to tackle with the government and other bodies. • Different people have presented the notion about the position of our evolution, but we havent yet succeeded up to the mark of standard and excellence in government jobs and political arena as we are socially backward since there is no encouragement and upliftment to our innocent citizen of Gor samaj. • Before elaborating to the standard objectives I may pass the particular information of our culture and tradition in society to read the basic ingredient of community life. It is an ethnic nomadic section which has rich and ethnic inheritance, eternal traditions, unbreakable emotional attachments among-st the community people but lacking improvement in the empowerment of jobs.However, due to relocation from place to place and from one place to another state they have lost their ancient property and wealth.As a consequence, they have lost their identity and brotherhood spirit due to compulsion of poverty the British government has given reservation for them but it has not properly amended from the upper caste category into different state whereas our people are not enjoyed proper reservation despite we were densely populated in India. Why our people were discriminated this is the logic question as a layman and destitute category.It is the education criteria where we have not maintained our standard and equality .So far as concerned I have carried out the survey in different state and I come across that our people are very much fond of liquor therefore our people has led to take feud, quarrels and criminal activities in Karnataka / Maharshtra/Andhrapradesh. To eradicate these activities we have to take precautionary measures to develop our community spirit and make a group in different location for the general awareness. Due to urbanization, the rich cultural heritage, language, traditional costumes are stub out from the society as a result we are not having a sense of identity and recognizable in villages and cities. Of course one have to follow the typical path as per the situation but we should also maintain the culture and tradition for brother hood spirit. By gone and by gone now we have to focus for the development of our society in educational activities and employment area. For this we have to inculcate our people and try to attain the communication with taluka,panchayat, Zilla panchayat, and also established Gor panchayat in every tandas so that they can strive for overall socio-economic issues in their respective habitations. And they should get prominent and significant places in Taluk / zilla Panchayat of State. They should be trained for respective jobs after introducing the ITI Centre nearby village where they can learned the technical skills and get the outstanding jobs in private and government sector. Various Technical centre such as Handicraft centre /Diary /poultry /Coaching Centre can be operated from the village area where the oppressed people can get the benefits for their livelihood and maintain the standard of living style. To over come the development of tandas like socio economic,educational, cultural and to provide infrastructure facilities such as roads, communication facilities, libraries, hostels, drainage, water supply, dwelling units, community halls, health centers etc.,the government have to take stringent action against the above demand to meet the requirement of Oppressed people of Gor Community. This kind of objectives should be implemented through the Government for which our voluntary people have to come together and lead the society without any hesitation and mean purpose for the well being of Tanda and our Gor Society.
