Dear friends, Over the last few weeks I have been posting, sharing, commenting in a pro-Modi, anti-AAP narrative. Just want to clarify few aspects: - I am NOT against AAP, as a matter of fact my family is very much part of the 30% that voted for them - My FB post after the impressive show in Delhi was – ‘maan gaye ustaad’ - I am against the euphoria and the silly decisions and statements that followed e.g. subsidies, FDI decision ‘reversal’ (not sure what is right but the ‘reversal’ sends a wrong signal about us as a democracy), housing, car, dharna etc. - I am against the national ambitions so soon without demonstrating any performance whatsoever and of course the media manipulations - It gets me worried when people mention irrelevant names, dig out cases and misdeeds of BJP workers to show down Modi’s road to victory - It gets me worried when people are ignoring the fact that in the recent elections Raman Singh and Shivraj Chouhan have been voted ‘back’, so they have must have done some good governance. Public bewkoof nahi hai - It gets me worried when people choose the romantic utopian promises over proven model of growth, development, and vision - It gets me worried when people play completely ignorant about the kind of people who are joining AAP - I am MOST worried when people say – ya ya we support MODI for PM BUT also AAP. Come on – the national elections are coming up, if you support Modi then show it, focus on it rather than riding two boats - Recently, Chetan Bhagat, Kiran Bedi, Santosh Hegde, and even Rakhi Sawant have all confirmed my worries - So, I am not against AAP, I am all for them proving in Delhi, taking it state by state and climbing up the national ladder - In the coming weeks, if I notice the pro-AAP/anti-Modi posts favouring national ambitions of AAP then I WILL counter those both with facts and emotions - PLEASE UNFRIEND ME in case you are bothered about the comments and flurry of posts that I am likely to make in favour of Modi Thank you and best regards Vineet
