Dear friends, So for the upcoming semester for my orchestra, our main project will be creating a music video. I am writing a piece for my orchestra that is basically like a battle of video game theme songs. I have Super Mario and Legend of Zelda, but my brain isnt working and I cant think of anything else thats really distinctive and something that can be simplified for middle schoolers to play. I was considering Pokemon, but I didnt know if that would be really considered video game music. What songs do you guys recommend? Thanks :) Also, cosplayers, would it be hard to make basic costumes to go along with said theme songs? Like if I hit up a thrift store, could I find things to make basic costumes? And what should I be looking for? Basically they want to make this as theatrical as possible.
