Dear friends, These days it is upsetting to see a number of people #fluctuating between periods of extreme #depression or quick highs in a wink. Are we missing out normalcy phase? And there seems to be a trend of carrying a tag called moody or declaring that medical help is needed. I am no psychiatrist. But before you need one, try doing this: * Understand that you lack focus. If you dont have one, create one. People who have one, do not have time for drama. * #Stop #posting your #emotions on #social media. Those through similar phases might empathise with you. It strongly makes them believe that there are many out there who share similar beliefs and its fine to stay this way. You are influencing people for all the wrong reasons. But remember, Laugh and the world laughs with you. Weep and you weep alone. * No sign of relationships on facebook is a healthy one. No one cares whats happening in our personal lives. Those who care already know. So many posts of hatred are on rise in social media. Remember that by posting such statuses, you are recording your hatred. You may sometimes never be able to undo it. Instant bbm and watsapp statuses leaves nothing to imagination. Dont post anything if you have nothing good to say. People can judge your vibes based on your posts. Have you ever noticed the number of likes for a happy pic of yours rather than a painful hate statement? * If you feel you cant resist expressing, turn to a note book. Scribble enough, read it out loud and tear it down to pieces if you think the content is inapt. * Stay in the company of positive people. Remember? You are known by the company you keep. * Catch a good night sleep, exercise and try meditation. Respect yourself and your body. Bear in mind that such fluctuations will disrupt relationships and careers irreversibly. Imagine how well we could use all this wasted energy by channelising them into the right things. Lets help each other. Have an amazingly positive week ahead.
