Dear friends This is a story about an incident in a very public place in Male city on Nov 23, 2014... I cannot sleep tonight thinking of the scene that played out in front of the public today. This post is public, please feel free to tag and share with anyone who needs to know.. Rafiu sir, PE teacher from Kalaafaanu school has an interesting way of having fun with his male students, as we observed him. However, it took us less than 5minutes to digest what was happening in front of us! His idea of fun involved very physical body contact such as wrestling, hugging, kissing on the mouth face and touching lower body parts of his male students who were enjoying with him and playing at the artificial beach sea around 5.30pm. The boys in turn have very cool way of communicating with him involving crudest slang words like thilhai and balhaa, beating him up with their football making him run after them and hug and kiss their faces! These 5 boys could be around 9 to 11 years. one was younger perhaps 6 or 7 years... His sweet affection toward other students in the school were in fact noticed by another parent X who was there today at artificial beach with his son Y... His son was also a student of Raafiu sir. Seems this Parent X has referred this issue to son Ys mother. Apparently Raafiu sir comes to give tuition at their house to another male student whos mother is Ys aunt. Todays incident was witnessed by all the people at the beach today.. Sad fact was that everyone was observing this awkward behavior but no one took any step to stop it... no one was brave enough to end the obvious molestation in broad daylight until we came there around 5.30pm today. My mother went to question Raafiu sir about his relationship with the boys.. He says I am no one to them, my mother warned him to keep his hands off the kids if he knew what was good for him! If he was no one, then why would the boys tell me its their PE teacher Raafiu sir, he teaches math and PE for us, One of the boys who seemed cooler than the rest called out that its none of your business what were doing, kaleyah vure sir ves maa reethi, kaleymennakaa nubeheveyne..aharunnahves polihah gulhidhaane kaleymen report kohllan. The children were victims... I couldnt help but blame their parents for their negligence and curse him to the deepest corner of hell to root for ever as we saw him walking out of the place around 6.15pm with the boys, hugging and squeezing them all the way, and obviously hes probably going to drop them off at home after their swimming session was over. SO BLOODY SICK! I am never forgetting this scene ever in my life...I promised myself to bring this case to the management of Kalaafaanu school and even MOE, and concerned child protection authorities. I hope and pray that the authorities punish Raafiu sir for his hideous actions! 7 women and myself witnessed this incident and theyre willing to testify! The parent from the school agreed to testify too.
