Dear friends of Giannis, Here are some more info on this great event. The wines come from a small, high quality producer in the village of Neive, Piedmont. Besides of the more known Barbera and Barbaresco, you will have the possibility to taste Dolcetto, Langhe Arneis, Nebbiolo and Moscato, all worth a try. For this night, our chef Gianni designed a Piedmontese dinner with four courses and four different matching glasses of wine: Antipasto: Mare e terra Set of egg ships filled with flavours from the sea and from the countryside accompanied by homemade croutons with a glass of Langhe Arneis - 2013 Primo: Risotto della Casara Risotto ai quattro formaggi with chive and shallot topping with a glass of Dolcetto d’Alba - 2012 Secondo: Di fungo in fungo Tender beef with Porcini and Champignon served with Patate Duchessa with a glass of Barbaresco - 2010 Dolce Torta Alessandrina Hazelnut and ricotta cake tipical of the Alessandria area, topped with warm chocolate cream with a glass of Moscato d’Asti - 2013 For the dinner, including the four glasses of wine, the cost is € 48.50. If you prefer a three courses meal, without the Primo or the Secondo and its matching wine, the cost is cut down to € 34.00. For those who just want to taste the wines and enjoy the music, there will be the possibilty to just order a platter or some snacks - of course always homemade and fresh. Please note that for the dinner booking is required for a matter of organization and also in order to keep for you the tables on the terrace (and with the best views).
