Dear friends you all know recruitment policy had been scrapped but still we youth are confronting with many issues. The most painful was the service selection Boards way to recruit people for different posts. We have no objection in their way of recruitment but we believe some measures should be put into place to eradicate some misconceptions among a section of youth who are highly depressed with the way SSB is dealing with 1) we are well in favour of screening test but we demand timely result and declaration of marks. We also demand carbon copy of OMR sheet and question papers. We pay for this. 2) we demand speedy recruitment and all the advertised posts should be filled within 45 days. 3) we demand balance between academic qualifications and screening test i.e both qualification and test should be given equal weightge. 4) we demand immediate disclosure of merit of previously held all screening test. Because every body has given fees for this it is highly injustice if the merit list is not disclosed. 5) we demand reduction in application fee it should be only one hundred rupee and within reach of every one. 6) we condem inter district recruitment for S Cs they should also be fallen within this ambit.
