Dear future clients, I created this letter and made it public to explain the compelling reasons why I have declined a couple of cake orders recently. First reason is Im fairly new in the cakes and pastries industry so I find time and actually devote a lot for studying and practicing cake decoration to achieve mastery of the skill and to ultimately achive perfection. Please be rest assured though that I will continuously strive to learn new techiniques and skills to always surprise and amaze not only you but also your guests. Aside from investing time, I also invest in buying quality tools and ingredients to ensure that needs and expectations are not only met but also exceeded. In line with this, I am urging you to please refrain from comparing my creations to commercially bought ones. My creations are perfectly different from them because they are not ready-made, they are baked according to your taste preference, they are free from preservatives and stabilizers, and lastly I deliver them straight to your hands with a smile. I hope this open letter explained my reasons well enough to avoid misunderstandings or rifts.
