Dear gay man, Want a safer, healthier, and more humane society? Stop interrupting and undermining Trans voices, their experiences, and their recommendations. Let Trans people speak up for themselves, particularly young Trans women of color. Their self-realization, anti-oppression work, talents, and (re)definition of cultural competency affecting their lives are not for you to negotiate, take credit for, or question pervasively with man up, grow thicker skin, or get over it and get stronger statements.
