The following quote that I am going to share resonates with me in such a deep way. For me, it is the quote of the year. Often times I have caught myself fretting over what others think of me. I have found it to be wasted energy. God loves us so much more that we can ever expect a human to: "When my eyes are on my Master, they are not on those around me. This is the place of peace. And it is good and proper to remind ourselves that in the end it is He who will decided and judge what my status really is. After all, it is His estimation of me that is of consequence. Any human measurement at best is bound to be pretty unpredictable, unreliable , and far from final." If we seek to please God, and only God with all of our hearts, the rest will fall into place.
