Dear my friends all, I have been discovering my own and others behavior and making comparison with any of the religious and government or socially agreed rules and regulation working anywhere. Then after I came with the conclusion that it is my promise in this new year to implement and ever move with the fact that from now onwards (today is September 3 in E.C), I will not have any human individual who should be deemed as my enemy or any individual legitimated as human being. Do you believe me the world is different for different individuals at different time and place. Our past and present ancestors experience is showing us this fact too. I remember one proverb given by Malcolm-X in his book entitled as laws of modern women says “Do not be hurry to condemn a person because she or he doesn’t do what you do, or think as you think or as fast. There was a time when you didn’t know what you know today”. I always face that there are many individuals who put their selfish interest and/ ego idea and people who are materialists why? I am expecting to think everyone on it including those “who talk the talk but do not walk the walk”. I am starting to balance the intellectual, Spiritual and physical aspects of human being as part of my promise and I wish for you all if possible. But I understand from others experience that “Nothing limits achievements like small thinking and throwing a stone at every barking dog”. But thanks for that “Nothing expands possibilities like unleashed thinking” So please Promise to all what are you planning to do in this New Year, mine is already around here. Let me underline that “The quality of People’s thinking leads to the quality of their results” if you agree what will be your role in your family, peer group, Kebelle, Woreda, Zone, Region, country or the area or office you are working? Please think over it deeply and share your contribution what you belief to be. I read, train and get another proverb” More gold has been minded from the thoughts of man than has ever been taken from the earth” Napoleon. (This is taken from one life skill and leadership training), I thank you for the trainer who remind and train me this and pushed me to share you. And let me conclude by the golden say that” The reasons people do not achieve their dreams is that they desire to change their results without changing their thinking, that never going to work”. Hence, since every one is a leader for his or herself, it is the time to change yourself and show others to do so. It is so……Let us help others to correct their mistakes and to become model for others, and winding their small thinking than diminishing their small thinking which may prohibit them from creativity.
