Dear non-Russian speaking friends (or those who prefer English), If you’d like to help our Russia-based non-profit, Galchonok, which aims to help children struggling with neurology development disorders such as cerebral palsy, autism, Aspergers spectrum and so on--here is your chance to do it! On August 24 our team in Moscow will be launching a huge fest! We want to mix all the regular and special kids together, in order to make some forget their diagnoses and others--their prejudice. It will be a great event with free entry for everybody, but we do want to embody some fundraising into it. We want to give away these beautiful bird houses michaels/search?q=birdhouse in exchange for any donation, and paint them all together. Since we have a lot of friends traveling between San Francisco and Moscow back and forth, we calculated that it will be more efficient to purchase these bird houses here and fly them to Moscow as cargo.
