Dear owners/residents, The JMC (Joint Managemeng Committee) received lots of email praising the much improved securiy services. There were also very bad experiences caused by the complete breakdown of Block C and Block D lifts on Wednesday night until Thursday evening 7pm. Thankfully the committee worked very hard and managed to convince the Lift Contractor to come in to fix the problem. At first they were not willing to come in due to outstanding payment of RM70,000 by ML Management. But on giving the lift contractor the assurance that we the owners in SRC are all honourable people and will pay for work done and delivered satisfactoryly on time. To get at least two lifts working for each block, we need approximately RM12.000.00. This work is in progress and hopefully all parts come in on time and we will have lifts should be working by end of next week. As you are all aware, ML management left "0" money for JMB to run our own property. To this end, I appeal to all owners to do your best to remit your maintenance bills. To start the collection rolling, I will settle my own outstanding amount PLUS I will top up it with 6 months advance. All JMC members have given their committment to settle their outstanding amounts as well. We strongly urge all of you to do the same and if possible, top up it with a further 3 months. Show your valued support by making prompt payment asap. The office is open tomorrow 9:00am to 1.00 pm (Saturday). Together we work out a payment plan. For a start, we will waive all outstanding late payment charges. Once again, thank you very much for your support and patience. We hope to have teething problems settled down in another couple of weeks. Any pain and stress caused by malfunctioning lifts (a handover from previous management), is much regretted.
