The way you can submit your stories are (1) by email address: [email protected] (the committee requests that any contributing articles for the book put "History Book Story - [family/business/organization name]" in the subject line.) or (2) mail to: 125th Anniversary Book PO Box 455 Garretson, SD 57030 *If you do not mail your story by Friday, your story will not get delivered in time so you are better off emailing it in that case. Businesses that had an article in the centennial book, plus, other businesses who would like a history in the updated book, please send new articles or updates to be included in the 2014 book! Following is an outline to use when compiling information: Family name or Business name, Age, Birthdates, Location (Current City and State); Marriage, Occupation, Children, Medical, Items of Interest (ex. family history, story of Garretson History, etc.). The above in turn must be put into a story form before submission to the committee. Those families with stories in the "red" Centennial book will continue from that story to add and bring up to date. We will give reference page number for that story in the new book.
