Dear parents at Buckingham Charter School, It is baffling to me why you feel it appropriate to beat me thru the driveway of the parking lot as I am coming down the sidewalk. I am a pedestrian, there is not a chance you didnt see me - Im a reasonably sized human running in daylight with an 85 lb Lab in tow. You are in cars, minivans and SUVs that outweigh us in the magnitude of TONS. Since school started Ive been forced to stop my stride my parents who feel it is okay to cut me off at least 3 times (and schools been in session about a week!). I will remind you - you are teaching your children with actions that being aggressive with pedestrians is okay and that violating DMV code in which pedestrians have the right away is acceptable behavior. Well done jackasses - well done! If you know a parent at Buckingham School please pass this along. I will also be contacting their administrative offices to report these driving behaviors. It has become unsafe for Brodie and I to run our normal route!
