Dear users, Well we did it, we arrived safely into our third year online. Happy Birthday! The timing couldnt have been more perfect, as we are just now overcoming a nice little stint of adversity, and what better way to do that than with a party? Now we couldnt have done this alone, not by a long shot. It took each and every one of you to get us here. Some of our recent highlights include: We now completely offer ProBux in over 7 different languages. In the last two months alone, our members have viewed over 1 Billion advertisements. We have continually upgraded our service to accommodate our ever growing population and their demands for excellence. And for the last few months, we have been sitting comfortably amidst the top 400 of the worlds most visited websites. As for immediate, there is a lot more to go through, so get comfortable, grab some tea or coffee and lets begin. Today is indeed a day of celebration, for as we enter our third year, we enter a new chapter in the book of ProBux. The first chapter was about growth and energy. We burst upon the scene and shot immediately for the stars. All of our energies were focused on reaching as far as we could, making ourselves available to anyone that wanted to earn. The second chapter was about learning and momentum. We had grown so high, yet we had to learn to become introspective. Our framework had been built, but we had to fill it with substance and meaning. Our continued momentum meant that we had to divide our efforts, facing forward as well as looking behind. This was one of our most trying challenges. And as we enter our third chapter, we are able to further build on what we have learned. Our team will be growing, and you may meet some new faces. Plus with our inner workings becoming second nature, we can once again set ourselves to the task of bringing new and exciting methods of making money to all of our members. Now as some of you may have noticed, in the final few days of our maintenance our outgoing payments have been temporarily disabled . This was an unexpected, last-minute adjustment that we had to make to ensure that everything went smoothly, which thankfully it did. Now our original plan, as stated in our last news, was that we would release each processor individually in the days leading up to our birthday. That is still our plan, however instead of ending on our birthday, that is where we will be starting. So here is our absolutely finalised and concrete timeline. We are starting first with Payza, that is being released today as part of our birthday celebration. Neteller will follow and it will be released on next Friday the 5th of September. Then on the following Friday we will release PayPal, on the 12th of September. Sounds simple enough, so allow me to explain the overall process of how and why we will be proceeding the way we are planning. In our processors right now, we have more than enough funds to cover all expenses and all member cashouts. This part is not an issue at all. However, these funds are spread evenly across all of our processors, a feat in which we take great pains to maintain. The reason we hold this equilibrium is to safeguard against the remote but catastrophic possibility that one processor might fall forever. We remember Liberty Reserve incident all too well. So should that unlikely event happen, this time we would be prepared. Sure we would possibly lose 33% of our funds, but we would be more than strong enough to regroup and continue to support and pay all of our members. Now imagine that one processor be given sole, unrestricted access, even if just for a single week. By the time the other processors are released, the equilibrium that we have so ardently struggled to maintain will be completely lopsided. This would result in us having to take steps to correct this imbalance, as we have done in the past, which would mean more maintenance. This is the last thing we want to do, and we are sure it is the last thing that any of you would want. So while we would like nothing more than our birthday to have been the end of this maintenance, allowing these final two weeks until the 12th of September to be a form of mini-maintenance, will prevent future maintenance from taking place. Payza is released today, that is not in question. But for the reasons we just discussed, for the next two weeks we cannot allow it to be completely without restriction. So it will be on our server time cashout system, but with some great improvements. Previously there were numerous reports of cashout errors when attempting to use Payza during our maintenance. Thanks to our last few days of downtime, this bug by all accounts should be completely removed from our system, and no more payments should be lost. Yet our biggest adjustment to this process is in order to make these next two weeks a less taxing experience for our Payza users. To this end we are greatly increasing the total collective amount available at each payment time. So while this still means that there will be a quota, and some of you will still encounter a message to try again later, a much larger number of members will be able to successfully cashout at each of the 4 intervals of 06:00, 12:00, 18:00, and 00:00 server time, every day. This of course will culminate on the 12th of September, when the daily quota will be removed completely and all cashouts will be once again, utterly unrestricted by server time. This also goes for Neteller and PayPal. Neteller, when released on the 5th of September, will follow the same cashout rules as Payza for the remaining week. And similar to Payza, Neteller will enjoy the enhanced benefit of a greatly increased daily quota during that week. PayPal will not have to go through this procedure, because when it is released on the 12th, it will be 100% released, alongside Payza and Neteller. A simple representation of our timeline is as follows: Aug 28: Payza available for server time cashout, Neteller and PayPal both unavailable. Sept 5: Payza and Neteller both availalble for server time cashout, PayPal unavailable. Sept 12: All 3 processors 100% completely available, no server time restrictions. Now with that settled, we return again briefly to the subject of those people whose payment was lost due to communication errors during our maintenance. We would ask that you remember one simple thing. The payment is not lost. We have a detailed records of every cent your account has ever earned, and that is information that is not going anywhere. For some people their money was recovered in minutes, others days, others weeks. For those who are still waiting, you can rest assured that even if you do end up waiting longer, we will not rest until every payment is recovered and processed properly. Our team is growing, and with more manpower comes greater and faster results. And would just like to quickly remind everyone that we will be holding a very special birthday promotion exclusively for all PayPal users in the very near future. These news updates have always been a vehicle through which we can put into words the journey of ProBux. In a matter of two weeks, when we will no longer be having discussions on maintenance, it will be a matter of great personal relief. For it is to that original purpose that I look forward to these moments of communication. Being able to express and give direction to the inner workings of ProBux, allows everyone to be included on this voyage that we all embarked upon together over two years ago. From all of us at ProBux, we look forward to spending the next year with each and every one of you. Enjoy and have a great weekend, ProBux Team
