Dear verizon, Thank you so much for assigning me a number which had only been disconnected for a short time, and then suddenly disconnecting my fully paid phone service when the prior owners finally got around to paying their bills. I really enjoyed losing two and a half hours of work on the phone with your people, while my school aged children were home alone with no way to reach them, only to be told there was nothing I could do, and no way to restore my FULLY PAID FOR service until the next day. The FCC and PUC will be hearing from me, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know that you did this to me. The only reason I am keeping service with you is because I am a renter and your boxes are what are installed.
