Dearest One, You’re not loved because you’re smart (even though your mind wows me.) You’re not loved because you’re beautiful (but jeez - you’re gorgeous.) You’re not loved because you knocked it out of the park at work (you blow me away when you do nonetheless.) You’re not loved because you finally achieved that goal (but congrats on that!) You’re not loved because you help others so much (I know they appreciate it.) You’re not loved because you follow all the rules (I understand it’s a sacrifice to do so sometimes.)
