Dearest Supporters, I know many of you have come to show your support at Yuan after work but found that we were sold out for the day! What happened was that on Saturday 28/09/13, there was a larger than expected turnout at our stall and we were unable to cope with this turn of event. To cater to the demand, we rolled out the batches of our soup earlier than ideal, to less than desirable results. We have since learned from our mistake and decided that in order to maintain the quality of our soup, we will cook only a select number of bowls of our soup each day. Hence we may close earlier than the 8 p.m. stated in our operating hours. Thank you for your kind understanding and your support. Admin Manager, Yuan
