Death squads.... assassination teams.... terminators.... what else can you be called if as soon as you show up to a scene, within 15 seconds someone has been shot to death?? To hell with the judicial system, huh?? Forget due process, huh?? Why worry about his family, its their fault because they should have kept him off the street, huh?? Wheres the conflict resolution team?? The negotiators?? The protectors and the servers of the community???
