Debris Management: Private property debris may be brought to the countys rights-of-way for pickup. Please follow these rules: Debris brought to the Countys right-of-way should be placed a minimum of three (3) feet from the edge-of-pavement/travelway and should NOT be placed in the roadway or where it blocks any drainage structures along the roadway (driveway pipes, storm drains, crossdrains, etc.). Debris should NOT be placed where it blocks access to someones property or where it blocks the view of someone wishing to enter the roadway.
