Dec. 16th: Heel raises to sky (reverse crunches) Start the exercise lying supine on a mat. Knees can be bent and feet are off of the ground. Exhale and lift your heels straight up towards the ceiling lifting your tail bone off of the matt as well. Inhale and bring your tail bone back to the mat. Repeat several times. Enjoy! Tip: Make sure to avoid swinging your legs during this exercise. You want the movement to be initiated by the lower abdominals not the momentum caused by your legs.
