December 1: The Mercer County Bar Association elected former District Attorney James Epstein, President, and Attorney Ruthanne Beighley, Vice-President,. Attorney Epstein still serves Mercer County as a Special Assistant District Attorney helping to mentor the young ADAs on DA Bob Kochems staff as well as working on special projects. Attorney Beighley and DA Kochems were admitted to the Mercer County Bar Association together. Former ADA Tedd Nesbit was also recognized for his accomplishment of being elected our countys newest state legislator.
