December 14, 2014: SOAR Ventura County Chapter held its holiday boutique luncheon at the Los Robles Country Club with HUGE success! The beautiful set up, décor, table settings of our select vendors made the event festive, elegant and organized. Much work has gone into preparing for this event, and much thanks goes to everyone who helped make the event a success. Special thanks to our sponsors and long time supporters for their continued and unwavering support. Much appreciation goes to Stephanie’s Gallery, La Perla, Touch of Eggalance, Georgia and Her Son, Sweet Nuts, Tarm Tea,Tupperware, Kate and Lace, Moonlit fur and Citrine Fashion jewelry. We thank the DJs of the event; Jeff and Carol who generously donated their services. We thank Ara Basil for his comedy act. We are so proud of our junior chapter who worked so hard in preparing outstanding and beautiful art and baked goods. Thank you Anita, Maya, Natalie, Sarah, Silva, Marianne, Anna, Tessa, Ivana, Nadine and all other juniors for all your efforts. Our guests welcomed our presentation and are more knowledgeable about SOAR’s mission and efforts since 2005. They also appreciated our chapter (SOAR VC) which has since its inception have been amazing in fundraising and educating the community about the dire conditions of the orphanages and the orphans. No words can express how proud we are of each one of you who can put aside time from your hectic life (work, school and family) and rise to the occasion of helping Armenian orphans who are less fortunate.
