December 2 - DAY 2 CHALLENGE - 2 Challenges - 1st one - To invite 2 people to join this challenge with you. 2nd one - Lower Body Circuit - 15 Squats ( can sit down on a chair and stand up or squat - try to keep your knees behind your toes by keeping your body weight on your heels) 15 Calf Raises (stand flat feet and go up on your toes - you can also do them hanging over stairs - slow 15 times) Gleuteal Bridge - Lay down on your back and lift your hips up and lower 15 times ** Repeat lower body circuit so you do it 2x in total ** enjoy!!
