He said Lord you have been telling me to lead all these people, I am not sure even whom you will send with me. You have told me you know my name and you have found favor with me. If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Don’t you just love Moses heart? Moses goes on to ask God to see his glory. The verse today is God’s reply! In the following verses God tells Moses that he cannot see his face, so God will hide in the cleft of the rocks. Like the rock that God instructed Moses to stand on, we are to stand on faith in Jesus. He is the Rock and my hope is based on nothing less than Jesus blood and righteousness. Verse of the Day: Exodus 33:21 NIV Then the LORD said, There is a place near me where you may stand on a rock.
