4 those I Have Blocked blocked 4 over 6 months I figured I ould like those.. But I do have NEW adventures at work, and NOT at work, I do have my own plans, But it al relys on what work does.. Maybe before Labor Day I will find out if It keeps going down Hill, But I wish There was a Online way for people to Use The Net to figure out Exactly What there Plans were... My Only Holpe is My New Property I should own in Pa soon..... But I Love working for my co. I am with But Please Someday Think Of a Insentive Program, and a way to Use what Waste Management Tryed and Use it to your advantage.. If a Driver Like me could make $150+/- for day no matter the time it took to take a certain rought up every week.. I would TRY My BEST to get it up ASAP to Lock That price in, then ROB the other of there money all I got to say is if you ( The person I work for ) say I After all my BILLS Make $150 for 1 man set that for that DAY.... Then that Days Pay is BASED OFF OFF, OF THAT.. Well I could ALMOST Promise you if I made $150 to work till Noon as I would working till 5 PM tha same Money I would Be Done at Noon even with my DOT Lunch Break.. Then I would EITHER GO HOME witht he same MOney OR Steal Money off the slow people.. Or The Slow People Would QUIT Were I work and Be Pissed off and look for ANOTHER COMPANY TO " MILK" there paycheck from.. I as a Loader for W.M Base Rate was $10 A hR AND i mAY stil hgave paychecks to proove I made almost $20 A hR FOR OVER 60 hRS OF WORK.. Ya as a loader I Made More as a Loder than ANY Driver the Co. I work for does Now 8-27-13.........
