December/January - Some key dates I know so far: ** - December 2 - Cash Distribution - December 5 - AECP Finals - December 8 - Cash Distribution (morning) - December 8 - ADV 2 Graduation Ceremony (afternoon) - December 9 - Possible make-up day for any cancelled class during the session as required by each individual instructor. Last possible day for classes - January 12 - First day of classes at ASU ** There are other dates that I dont know anything about yet but as soon as they let me know, Ill tell you. I have told ASU officials that many of you will be traveling during the break, and the sooner they share these dates, the better it will be for everyone, but nothing so far. For example: - Date when ASU will determine and advise you of your Spring 2015 placement. (My guess will it will be sometime between Dec. 1-5) - Date you can request IIE for a transfer (if they allow) to another university if ASU decides not to place you in the Spring (Probably also around Dec. 5) - Date you will register for ASU classes, meet with academic advisors, academic departments, or any other registration/orientation for ASU classes - Dates for your cash distribution in January. Which will be administered by ASU, not AECP anymore... No more me standing there with you for 3 glorious hours, learning new Portuguese words. :-( Vaza John!
