Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi exploits women workers: Women workers which are self-reliant and come from highly cultured families generally become soft target for criminal minded, sadist and driven by inferiority complex Vice-Chancellor Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi. Misusing his powers and with a mindset of exploiting poor women, Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi conspires, deceives and betrays women’s and creates an atmosphere of terror and exploitation of women worker. If they fail to come in the trap of Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi, he uses unlawful tactics and a dictatorship attitude and violates the human rights, pressurizing the women worker to leave the job or by creating forged and fictitious documents suspends them ultimately. To hide his misdeeds in terms of corruption, violation of statutory principles and gross misconducts, Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi uses the illegally constructed academic and executive councils in which he appointed some backdoor entry teachers and with the help of these teachers he gets the minutes of academic and executive councils approved, actually it will not be inappropriate to call these academic and executive council as conspirators council. In academic council Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi has appointed a very secret and close associate who is found guilty of corruption and is facing trial under Indian Penal Code sections 167, 409, 418, 468 and 469 (read with prevention of corruption act 1988 section 13.1 c & d - Case No. 02 / 2012 dated 23.03.2012). This favorite and very close associate of Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi was given honor by placing him on the dais among other dignitaries during the 4th convocation of the university. From the same dais Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi addresses the students “Always respect the law and never be untruthful”. A person who himself is unethical and always performs condemnable acts protecting the criminals has no right to speak to the future citizens of this country. Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi along with an outsider blackmailer editor of a local magazine spreads the word that he has removed lot of corrupt practices that prevailed in Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, when it was a state university. On the other side of the coin same blackmailer editor has become mediator of big money transactions between the university and affiliated colleges in terms of giving them recognition by the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya. In fact, Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi has become patron, protector and co-conspirator of all the white collared criminal elements who are involved in serious deceiving and betrayal practices inside the campus. Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi is using unethical practices, violating the human rights and imposing dictatorship has disobeyed the constitutional rights of Freedom, Equality and Fraternity in Vishwavidyalaya campus. Same blackmailer editor is presenting Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi as ‘messiah’ in his local magazine. It is time to think: Decide yourself if Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi has right to stay in Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya for a single day? • When Vice-Chancellor of a university himself is involved in making forged documents and performs acts of conspiracy in order to torture his subordinates, what message will go to the students and staff of the university? • When the Vice-Chancellor is found guilty of corrupt charges by Lokayukt of Chhattisgarh and addresses students in convocation speech to “be good citizens and good human being” what message students will take with them and what message will go in the society? • Will anyone ask Vice-Chancellor Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi, why he is so obliged to establish family of Dr. Seema Rai in Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya campus? Why undue advantages are provided to this family? Why illegal appointment is given to the people of this family in Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya? Why other members of the staff and faculty are tortured in order to provide protection to this family? People like Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi give lectures in public on human rights and moral values and behind the curtain perform all immortal and unethical acts. They have no right to hold any big positions as Vice-Chancellor of a university. Dr. Lakshman Chaturvedi has no shame has shut down his eyes towards all wrong happenings inside the university campus.
