This weekend has been an emotional one for me ......yesterday.....day for day......and today......date for date (31st August) ......is one year since my accident. It has been a very long (although i slept through 5 weeks of it!!) .......difficult ......and traumatic year......but on the positive side.....i am still here!!! :D The road ahead is still a long one......but i do feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel ......and i am DETERMINED to bounce back ......ready for next summer!! I can not believe that it is a year ago today since i was last able to work.......and on that note......i want to re-thank EVERYONE who donated at the time of my accident.....to the two recent large surprise donations that i just received.....and to those who have continued to financially support me throughout the year.....I THANK YOU .......and i want each and everyone of you to know......that if ALL of you .....had not done everything that you did for me......i would literally have been without the basics of food.....medicines......electricity..... etc. ....long ago!!! And that scary thought.....does not even bare worth thinking about!!! But........certainly does motivate me to get well by next summer so that i can work!!! (it is either that......or sell a kidney!! ....Lol !!) Anyway.......all of my love and thanks to all of you ......for everything.....including all the supportive messages .....cards.....etc.....anything and everything that people have done for me......from Lardos.....Pefkos......Lindos......and the UK ......I thank you all.....and i love you all......and want you all to know how much i APPRECIATE it.....all of your gestures.....big.....small or huge
