Decided there was no better way to end 2014 then with a gym date with myself!! Pounded out a hard 2 hour workout and ended with a good sweat in the sauna! Back in the day my sister and I used to jump rope and make it to state for finals!! I still enjoy jump roping so I like doing a few double unders here and there when my calf allows it! This year has been amazing. As I have met so many of you wonderful people , I look forward to growing more relationship built around running! It feels great to share this journey together as one!!!! Happy New Years my dear friends! Lets rock and roll in 2015!
