Decided to start the day and share something I have been practicing myself. This could be beneficial for my friends who are not sports professionals but still want to stay fit and have a good body with nothing hanging over waistline of pants... Lately I have become a true fan of Fitness Trainer,Nutrition, Lifestyle and Health Coach Christine Khuri. She offers really simple exercises for different tastes and all body parts. Besides, she offers also options for those who still are afraid to go to gyms and have limited time to spend on workouts. Check her workouts on youtube, they look simple/classic, sometimes with some pilates or yoga touches (which is the sports field I am trying to master). Here is one really nice 15min ABS and core workout session. Do it (with a dedication) more than once a week. Do it every day if you can and maybe some day you feel like trying 2 or 3 reps and you will see and feel!
