Decline push-up day! All you need are two chairs and your body weight to burn the chest back and core! 1) Put your feet on the chairs. 2) Hands a little more than shoulder width apart for chest, directly under shoulders for back and shoulders, elbows in for triceps. (do the 3 different configurations to work different muscle groups) 3) Enjoy the burn! What are you doing to push yourself today?
