Def seeing a specialist when I get back for my various anxieties and fears. They are getting out of control. I still wont ride an elevator alone. I convince myself that every ache and pain in my body is indicative of some grave illness. I hesitated taking the nasal spray for my allergies that my doctor prescribed yesterday because I was afraid of any side effects. And Im not totally comfortable about my trip tomorrow. This is embarrassing and ridiculous. :(
