Defender Mike Williamson last night warned Alan Pardew: Drop me if you dare. The Toon centre-half was fourth choice at the start of the season but has shone in the absense of crocked duo Fabricio Coloccini and Steven Taylor. Colo is expected to return from his groin injury at Spurs on Sunday and Taylor is due back after the international break. But Willo, 29, who came lose to leaving in the summer, said: I have done well and I want to build on that now. I would be disappointed if I wasnt in the side. You get to a certain age and want to play week-in, week-out. Its up to the manager now. He has to let a few people down. /Chris
