Delaware has officially passed a bill that requires any dog seized from a dog fighting situation to be individually evaluated to see if they would be adoptable. Previously, the state mandated all of these dogs be automatically euthanized. This is such a huge step in the right direction for the state and for pitties in general. And it looks like Michigan may be next! Lets keep this progress going! Thank you to all that fight to give these loving animals a fair chance!
