Delegates from 11 countries came together in Bolivia to discuss intercultural bilingual education. Luis Enrique López, explains the position of bilingual intercultural education, which is to end the idea that knowledge is only that which is constructed in a formal way and from the academy and, instead, establish that knowledge is also constructed from life from practice and from everyday experience and, from that perspective, we are all doers of knowledge.
