"Deliberation before any response to any and all circumstances, reduces out of control emotional responses and the sins resulting from them." I know that this quote listed above is absolute Wisdom speaking. It is so often the case that we, at least I, speak too quickely and end up saying the wrong thing. I am not embarrassed to say that I find myself repenting several times a day for the things I say. Comments or statements that could have been avoided, and should have been avoided, if I had only stopped and controlled myself. I have offered the advice several times of "Allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you always. Especially in response to a question or comment directed to you. In that brief time frame, giving the Spirit time to direct you, the world will not notice that you have paused and shown reverence to the Lord."
