Delighted to announce that we will have our own full time Gym in SANTRY HALL in the New year. New Era Starts Today, The journey continues. Its been amazing really just about 2 and half years ago I finished college and wasnt sure what to do or wher to begin. But I did know that I wanted to do was help people achieve their goals and we have done that exceptionally well. It all started out in my mums back garden where I had 3 or 4 clients because I couldnt afford renting a gym or a hall. Then we moved into the local parks where I trained clients and did bootcamps. It was a struggle. A tough ask. I was going no where and thought about giving up and getting a full time job because I couldnt make a living. Giving up was not an option because I meet some amazing clients on the way that opened doors for me such as st Kevins gym And st Davids. I surrounded myself with positive and supportive people that have been a part of my journey since day 1. People like our clients and social media followers that have been nothing less than amazing. So I thank you all for that. This year has had its ups and downs. From Trying to run a business and being a fitness presenter on tv and managing other things it can never easy but one thing i always do is remain positive because everything els will take care of its self. Every day in life i am learning on the job. And that is why the journey is full colours full of promises and full of ambitions now its time to deliver that promise. And 2015 is The year. I have been lucky to have great people that i Work with in Gar, Derek, Cherie Eric and Keith. Gar and the gang have seen our good days and bad days. But with a new Era about to embark I am very excited for the future. If you have been a part of my journey i appreciated every bit of your support.
