Deliverance from emotional bondage is certainly not the only message that needs to be preached; it just happens to be my testimony and therefore very close to my heart. I throw my life into it because I keep meeting people who are acting out, emotionally stunted and destroying their present and their future because they dont understand how to be find healing from their pain. They dont even understand that their self-destructive thoughts and actions are the result of past abuse and toxic environments. Once you find the source of your issue you can begin to deal with the disease rather than the symptoms. Its not an overnight journey. Its takes faith, work, discipline and heart and mind transformation. Its not the kind of journey you can walk alone; you need to learn trust again; youve just got to learn to discern healthy love from abusive, toxic relationships. Thats a lesson in itself. Alone it is a daunting task indeed; but in Christ all things are possible! Thats the place to start - in Christ. One day at a time. Christ can restore all that was stolen. Love you.
