Delta Airlines messed up by leaving one piece of luggage in Minneapolis. Stuff happens, thats a fact, but after 30 hours I still havent got my luggage, being dive gear. I called the Canadian lost baggage center and had an extremely pretentious, French speaking, rude guy on the phone. He basically didnt want to help me. Ze luggaage iis wif ze deliveriee companiee but zey dont have a driiver. Is there any American airline company which does give real (customer) service?
